One of the largest and best equipped heattreating plants in the Midwest, Paulo – St Louis offers production heat treating in batch and in continuous beltas well as vacuum heat treating to NADCA requirements. The St Louis facility also provides brazing,induction hardening, aluminum heat treating, cryogenics, blasting, and black oxide services.Bob Innes joined Paulo in 1998 after working at FPM Heat Treating in Elk Grove, IL where he held positionsas Process Engineer, Quality Manager, and Assistant Plant Manager. Since joining Paulo, Bob has servedin several roles of increasing responsibility in Paulo's corporate quality and plant operations supportfunctions.
