High Temperature Heating Wire Insulation Made with Teflon® Fluoropolymer
We offer copper and resistance wires with custom insulations made with Teflon® fluoropolymer insulations such as Tefzel® (rated 150 °C), FEP (rated 200°C), TFE tape (rated 250°C) and PFA (rated 250°C). For higher temperature requirements we offer glass serve/braids, nextel overbraids and Kapton® tape wraps.
