Our 40 foot car bottom furnace has a weight capacity of 350,000 lbs and can handle material up to 40 ft long, 10.6 ft wide and up to 10 ft tall. With a 40 ft water quench tank, customers have the flexibility to air cool or water quench their material. Being AMS 2750 certified, it's time to turn up the heat! Our furnace is certified from 1100° - 1900°F +/- 25°.
