QualFab's corrugated boxes are manufactured in a wide range of heat resistant alloys, and in a variety of sizes and configurations for maximum loading efficiency.
QualFab uses our experience and technology to reduce the number of weld seams in corrugated boxes, in some cases resulting in one piece sidewall construction due to our special dies and techniques. We have tooling to press different depths and centerlines according to customer specifications. Our dies also reduce formed corner defects by roll forming box corners, for maximum customer satisfaction.
Boxes can be manufactured fork lift ready, with special enclosed inserts to guide fork lift blades. We can also manufacture boxes with a variety of bottom designs including high temperature screen or mesh inserts of Q-Mesh, or solid bottom designs.
