One of the questions I was asked during my visit to a customer: I can't seem to focus my induction field to heat a specific area of my workpiece.
To "focus" the magnetic field in the required area of a workpiece, our Master Coil Maker has incorporated ferrites within the induction heating coil. Using ferrites can
significantly help increase the required magnetic field in the specific targeted area of a workpiece.
Ferrites are not for all types of induction heating applications; sometimes they can be a menace, but after a careful application review their use can be very productive.
